You are always welcome here at St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church! It is a community who cares about people, prays for them and serves them. St. Mary’s truly has a heart! It is an historic Church within the greater Pittsburgh area and is truly unique. Having been built in 1848, its architecture displays a distinctive pre-Civil War style. Inside, St. Mary’s can only be described as a Church of murals. There is not a wall in the Church which is not adorned with a beautiful image from the Bible. The spiritual nature of its interior naturally lifts one’s heart to God and encourages prayer. In addition, our beautiful Divine Liturgy offers a unique way to praise God.
For all of these reasons, you are cordially invited to visit our Church. You would find such an experience to be spiritually uplifting. Please come and be our guest for a Sunday morning.
